Digital Twin of Fashion: The Afra Collection on You!
At the launch event of the DeFacto x Afra Saraçoğlu collection, we redefined the traditional fitting room experience using cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Powered by MetasoftCo’s proprietary Virtual Try-On and AI Photobooth infrastructure, guests experienced the hero looks of the collection on themselves in seconds—without the hassle of physically changing clothes.
Challenge: Physical Fitting Constraints in Live Activations
In traditional fashion events and pop-up activations, physical fitting creates long queues, operational friction, and low guest throughput. The goal for the DeFacto x Afra Saraçoğlu launch was to deliver an instant, hyper-personalized, and highly shareable digital fashion experience for hundreds of attendees simultaneously.
The Solution: Generative AI & Real-Time Virtual Try-On
MetasoftCo deployed interactive AI photo kiosks directly into the event space. The end-to-end technical pipeline featured:
- Custom Fine-Tuned LoRA & Stable Diffusion: The fabrics, textures, silhouettes, and cuts of the Afra Saraçoğlu collection were trained into custom AI models with high fidelity.
- ControlNet Pose & Lighting Adaptation: The system analyzed each participant's posture, body contours, and ambient lighting, ensuring the digital garments draped naturally and realistically.
- Ultra-Fast Generation: High-resolution, studio-grade fashion portraits were rendered in seconds and delivered directly to users via dynamic QR codes.
